We help organizations foster creativity, innovation and sustainable change, with successful projects in several countries including the United States, Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, South Africa and the Netherlands.

 

To best support you and your organization, we collect some essential data. We are careful and selective in this – as precise as we are in our scientifically based methodologies such as the SOQ and VIEW assessment. We only collect what we really need: your contact information (name, e-mail, phone number), professional information (position, company name), technical data on website visits (such as IP address and browser information), and information you share with us during our collaboration.

 

We use this information to optimize our services and offer you the best support. We keep in touch about ongoing projects, answer your questions, continuously improve our services, and – only if you want – keep you informed about interesting developments that match your innovation ambitions.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary: contact data for 1 year after our last contact, and invoice data for 7 years (in accordance with the requirements of the tax authorities).
