Anne-Catherine Yon

With 25 years of experience in operations management and HR consulting, Anne-Catherine focuses on strategic HR optimization, process digitization and mobilizing managers and teams. She designs and implements innovative systems to accelerate transformation and strengthen the agility of organizations.

She is passionate about new forms of leadership and transformation in the age of AI, also mentors SSE companies and young people looking for work, and is interested in the social and societal impact of organizations. Her international experience and fluency in five languages allow her to work in different contexts. In her free time, she practices outdoor sports between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea.
