Who we are

In the dynamic landscape of modern organizational development, o2c2 stands out as an innovative innovation consultancy. With more than three decades of expertise, we transform organizations through science-based creativity and innovation.

As a strategic innovation partner, we put our unique systems approach to sustainable organizational change at the heart of everything we do.

Our journey began in 1991 at the International Center for Studies in Creativity in Buffalo, New York, inspired by a meeting at the University of Antwerp with Professor Pros Van Osmael. Since then, we have built an impressive international portfolio with projects in the US, Spain, the UK, France, Germany, Poland, South Africa and the Netherlands. This rich experience, combined with continuous involvement in scientific research, has led to the refinement of our systems approach to creativity and innovation.

Our methodology is firmly grounded in scientific principles and combines several powerful tools: the SOQ (Situational Outlook Questionnaire) for climate measurements, the VIEW assessment for problem-solving styles, and the CPS 6.1 framework for creative process management.

This integrated approach enables us to effectively support organizations in developing innovation capacity, strengthening creative leadership, and implementing sustainable change.

Our diverse team of experienced managers and consultants brings together more than fifty years of combined experience in leading and facilitating innovation-enhancing initiatives. This blend of expertise from business and social sciences creates a dynamic synergy that results in effective, customized solutions for our clients.

Vision

Our vision

We want to help organizations worldwide remain successful in a changing world. We do this by creating a culture of creativity and innovation, where happy and engaged employees drive sustainable growth and progress.

We see a future in which:

  • Organizations not only remain strong, but truly grow and prosper. This is made possible by the commitment, well-being and creative ideas of their employees. Challenges become opportunities, and together we build success.
  • Creativity becomes a core part of how organizations work. Using our science-based methods and the principles of creative pioneers, such as Alex Osborn, we turn teams into true innovators. Employees feel valued, have a voice and enjoy working on new solutions.
  • We are a trusted partner for leaders with ambition. Together, we create a work environment where new ideas emerge, employees feel safe and engaged, and teams work toward tangible results that make a difference.
  • Our approach is based on five core values:
    • Solid: Our tools and methods are scientifically tested and reliable.
    • Real: We believe in open and honest collaboration – consulting is all about people helping each other.
    • Gabba Gabba Hey!!! We keep work fun and inspiring because that leads to better results.
    • Committed: We collaborate with our clients and like to go the extra mile.
    • Inventive: We dare to innovate and challenge ourselves and our clients to grow.
  • Every organization we work with becomes an example of innovation and engagement. By building a culture where employees are happy and actively engaged, we help organizations not only succeed, but grow sustainably.

In short, we believe in a world where change is not an obstacle, but an opportunity to innovate and grow. Together, we make organizations stronger, more innovative and a place where people love to work.
