Christian Hoßbach is a PhD candidate at the chair of Human Resources Management and Business Governance at the University of Halle-Wittenberg in Germany. He researches methods to help those leading organisations attract more creative talent and how to take a more systemic approach to developing and nurturing creativity.

He is a trained facilitator in Creative Problem Solving and a certified VIEW and SOQ practitioner.

He combines theory and practice and contributes to the further development and improvement of these methods and tools to increase the impact of their practical application and help develop creative talent in organisations.

Jan describes himself as a generalist. Throughout his 25-year professional career, Jan has held various positions in different business areas. From technical engineer to business process engineer, ICT service management, management consultant, aviation business contract manager, etc.

A coincidental backstage visit at Walt Disney World, Florida, 12 years ago gave him a new perspective on business. By discovering 'the business behind the magic' at Disney Institute, Jan realised the importance of the relationship between company employees and the end-customer. Using service design and a thorough knowledge of VIEW and SOQ methodologies, Jan's motto is: creating successful organisations through loyal customers and happy employees. Jan has the qualities to bridge the gap between traditional business concepts and excellent service methodologies to achieve innovative and customer-focused results.

Luc De Schryver has years of experience as an international consultant. He brought the 'systemic approach' to Europe and applies this method successfully here. Luc De Schryver started his "Creative Leadership trajectory" in 1991 at The University of Buffalo, where he obtained a Masters of Creativity and Innovation one year later. Since then, he has been working with CPSB, a spin-off led by Prof. Dr Scott Isaksen. Luc De Schryver is a certified ICP trainer and is also accredited to train professionals as certified VIEW and SOQ users.

Luc has a wealth of experience as an international consultant. For over 25 years, he has been applying a systemic approach to give creativity and innovation a permanent place within organisations and teams. He is specialised in using the CPS methodology as it has been scientifically researched and developed over the last 50 years.

Luc's research interests focus on the success factors that lead organisations and teams to profitable, creative and innovative results.

Besides being a creative CPS facilitator, Fransiska is also active as a coach to help people evolve to the best version of themselves. This helps Fransiska in her activities as a facilitator to always have an eye for the human aspect and to guide your organisation or team to new creative heights.

Jan Lahuis was introduced to and trained in Creative Problem Solving 15 years ago. Jan Lahuis: "It is a fantastic way to investigate and stimulate creativity within an organisation. Jan's roots lie in the world of auditing and (financial) management. A field in which he is still active as an advisor and consultant. The principles of the systemic approach help him to tackle complex issues efficiently and to involve people in the process.
