General conditions
At o2c2, founded in 1991 and based at rue Osseghem 31 b25, 1080 Brussels, Belgium, we specialize in fostering creativity, innovation and sustainable change in organizations. With more than three decades of experience and an impressive international portfolio in countries such as the United States, Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, South Africa and the Netherlands, we offer expertise rooted in scientific research and practical application.
Our services cover a broad spectrum of innovation consulting and coaching, using internationally recognized methodologies. We offer creativity training and workshops, leadership development and organizational transformation, supported by scientifically validated tools such as the Situational Outlook Questionnaire (SOQ), VIEW assessment and the Creative Problem Solving (CPS 6.1) framework. These tools were developed in collaboration with the prestigious The Creative Problem Solving Group in Buffalo, New York.
Every collaboration starts with a carefully drafted written agreement, in which we clearly define the scope, objectives and mutual expectations. Changes to this agreement are only made after mutual written agreement, which fits with our core value “Real” – we believe in transparent and authentic collaboration.
Our fee structure is transparent and established in writing in advance. Invoices have a payment term of 30 days from invoice date, with all prices quoted being exclusive of VAT. In case of non-timely payment, we reserve the right to suspend work, although we always strive for a constructive solution in line with our value of ‘Committed’.
The intellectual property of our methodologies, including the SOQ, VIEW assessment and CPS 6.1 framework, remains with o2c2 at all times. These tools are the result of years of research and development and are protected by international law. Materials developed during our collaboration may not be copied or shared without our express permission.
Confidentiality is of paramount importance to us. All information is kept strictly confidential, and our employees sign a comprehensive confidentiality agreement. We work in full compliance with GDPR/AVG guidelines and share client information only when necessary to provide services.
Our liability is deliberately regulated: although we maximize our expertise for the best results, our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the assignment. We are insured for professional liability and are not liable for indirect damages. This fits our professional standard and our commitment to ‘Solid’ service. For cancellations, we have a clear policy: cancellations can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the start. For cancellations within 14 days 50% will be charged, within 48 hours 100%. We are happy to discuss rescheduling dates in line with our flexible and customer-oriented approach.
Quality and guarantee are fundamental in our services. We work exclusively with scientifically based methods and qualified consultants. Our team, led by Luc De Schryver and with experts such as Linda Gelders, Léon-Philippe Parez, Judit Szilagyi and Inge De Bruyn, guarantees professional guidance. Through regular evaluations and close cooperation, we strive for lasting results. In case of disputes, we first seek a mutually agreed solution, which fits our value of “Inventive. Should this fail, we use mediation. Belgian law applies and the court in Brussels has jurisdiction. For questions or consultation, we can be reached at:
