The Igniting Creative Potential Course (ICP) addresses these issues and many more in a fast moving 3-day training program that is intense, hands-on, and productive.In this course you will learn about:

• Your personal style related to solving problems and managing change

One of the many benefits you will receive from taking this course is participating in applying your learning on real challenges and opportunities. All participants will be able to develop a creative approach to their tasks (personal or professional), and participate in numerous facilitator lab experiences.These facilitator labs provide the unique opportunity to experience numerous real-life applications of Creative Problem Solving. Those facilitating the sessions will be observed by a master CPS facilitator, and all group members will engage in a debrief aimed at identifying and capturing key learnings for future applications of CPS.Our promise to you is that you will leave this course a better innovator and facilitator of the creative collaboration.

• Facilitation practice sessions (Labs): You have the opportunity to experience a session on a real-life task participating as a client, resource-group member, or facilitator. Each session is followed by group feedback and a coaching session with a o2c2 trainer

The Trainer for this ICP Course: Luc De Schryver, MBA, MsSc.
Luc started his “CPS journey” in 1990 at the State University at Buffalo where he received a Master of Creativity and Innovation. He has been a CPSB associate since 1992 and currently serves as a Senior Associate. Luc is a qualified CPS facilitator and trainer experienced in conducting presentations, workshops, and training programs with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations throughout Europe, and around the world. Luc is qualified to use a variety of psychological instruments including the VIEW: An Assessment of Problem Solving Style, the Situational Outlook Questionnaire (SOQ), and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. He has been active in translating and applying the VIEW and SOQ in both French and Dutch. His book “Toegepaste verbeelding: intuïtieve versus doelgerichte creativiteit” was published last year. Clients Luc has worked with include EIOPA (The European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority), EUROPOL, The Scottish Pension Fund, Mercedes-Benz, Johnson & Johnson and Parktheater Eindhoven.
How can I attend this course?
The enrollment for these courses is limited as we prefer to keep the courses small – allowing for close individual interaction with each other, and the trainers. The current price for attending an ICP public course is all-inclusive 2.900 € (materials, lodging, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday night). Prices are excluding VAT.
